Terms of Service — Verifyco Web

1. The service

Verifyco Web analyzes photos, videos and public social-media links with a multi-layer forensic engine and returns a trust score with supporting evidence. Results are probabilistic evidence, not proof — no detector is infallible, and you remain responsible for decisions made from them.

2. Credits & billing

Analyses consume credits included with weekly or monthly subscriptions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as merchant of record for all orders: Paddle provides customer-service inquiries for payments, issues your invoice, and handles VAT/sales tax. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to each transaction. Starter renews weekly; Analyst, Pro and Business renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the next billing period. Because analyses are a digital service consumed instantly, used credits and completed analyses are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law and the system-side technical-failure process described in our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• Only analyze media you have the right to process.
• No unlawful surveillance or harassment; no probing the service to build or improve evasion of detection.
• No reselling analysis output as a competing service without written consent.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to media you submit. You grant us only the transient right to process it for the analysis you requested; temporary media is removed when the analysis request completes (see the Privacy Policy). Reports belong to your account.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.

6. Shared reports

Reports are private by default. If you create a public share link, anyone with the URL can see the score, verdict and layer statuses (never your detailed findings) until you revoke the link. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate section 3, with unused subscription time refunded pro-rata where required by law.
