LARGE-FILE ROADMAP
Up to 500 MB today. Larger, resumable uploads are planned.
Pro and Business currently support files up to 500 MB. We are designing a direct-to-storage, resumable upload path for larger media, with the privacy, reliability and processing controls it requires. Published limits will change only after that architecture is validated in production.
What exactly is one credit?
One credit = one photo, video or link analysis. Every report lists the checks that ran and clearly marks unavailable signals.
How does the $5 Starter plan work?
Starter is a weekly subscription: $5 per week for 25 analysis credits per billing cycle. It renews weekly until you cancel it; the cadence is shown again before payment.
How large can my upload be?
Current limits are 100 MB on Starter, 250 MB on Analyst, and 500 MB on Pro and Business. A direct, resumable large-file upload architecture is planned, but we do not advertise unlimited uploads before that infrastructure is production-ready.
Is my file kept anywhere?
No. It is processed in a per-request temporary workspace and removed when analysis ends. Only the report is stored, and you can delete that too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; current-period access and any applicable consumer rights are described at checkout and in the Refund Policy.
What's the refund policy?
Verifyco is a digital service consumed instantly, so used credits and completed analyses are non-refundable. The one exception is a system-side technical failure that still deducted a credit — support restores it. See the Refund Policy for details.
TAXES, BILLING & MERCHANT OF RECORD
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of tax. Verifyco Web is sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. At checkout, Paddle automatically calculates and adds any VAT, GST or sales tax due for your billing country, so the final amount you pay may be higher than the listed price. Paddle handles the transaction, issues your invoice (with tax breakdown) and manages tax remittance — Verifyco never receives or stores your card details.
