Refund Policy — Verifyco Web

The short version
Verifyco is a digital service that is delivered and consumed instantly. Because of this, used credits and completed analyses are not refundable. The one exception is a technical failure on our side: if an analysis fails and a credit was still deducted, we restore the credit — or refund the charge — after a support review.
1. Who processes refunds
All payments for Verifyco Web are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Your order, invoice and any refund are handled through Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to every transaction alongside this policy. Where this policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms differ, Paddle's Buyer Terms prevail.
2. Credits & completed analyses — no refunds
Because our service is a digital product that is consumed instantly, no refunds are given for used credits or analyses that have already been performed. Each completed analysis is a delivered digital service. Credits included with a subscription are governed by the allowance and renewal terms shown at checkout and in your account.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings, but cancellation takes effect at the next billing period. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No partial (pro-rated) refund is given for a current weekly or monthly billing period, except where required by applicable law.
4. The one exception — technical failure
If a system-side technical error causes an analysis to fail and a credit is nonetheless deducted from your account, you are entitled to a credit refund — or a money refund of the charge — following a review by our support team. Credits are normally only spent on a report that was actually delivered, so this covers the rare edge case where something broke on our end.
5. How to request a review
Email support@verifyco.info from your account address with the Paddle receipt number (in the email Paddle sent you at purchase) and a short description of the technical issue. We respond within 2 business days; approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You can also contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law. Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants stronger rights — including the EU/UK right of withdrawal and Turkish consumer legislation (6502 sayılı Kanun / Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) — those rights prevail. For digital content delivered instantly, that withdrawal right is waived once you begin using the service with your consent, which you provide at checkout. As merchant of record, Paddle also reviews each request on a case-by-case basis and may, at its discretion, grant a refund even where this policy would not require one.
7. What this policy does not cover
- Disagreement with an analysis verdict — reports are probabilistic evidence, and a verdict you didn't expect is not a defect.
- Change of mind after credits have been used.
- Credits consumed in violation of the acceptable-use terms.
- Chargeback abuse: accounts that dispute legitimate charges may be suspended.
